I lost all of my progress with the new update. I sadly don’t have my old ID or username but my current name and ID is M3$!nHf2p
I think i was on world 5 and I had the Techsaur. I hope you can restore my progress.

Sorry to know you are have been affected by the issue. We tried to looked you up in the database using the information we found in your new account, and I’m afraid we need more information to locate the progress.

When did you install the game and when was the last time you had access to the game? Rough dates would be great.

How far were you at in world 5? Did you discover any super plants before the incident? Did you make any in-app purchases?

I was most of the way through world five. I had unlocked the first three super plants. I started playing the game between the end of February 2017 and the middle of March. I lost all of my progress on April 12. I have access to the app. I did not make any purchases.

Hello, I lost all my game progress after re-installing the game because it didn’t count the steps I made.
