Why can’t I sync my game correctly with Fitbit? I’ve tried every possible fix and everything is supposed to be working fine! But it doesn’t sync, and while deleting the game trying to fix it, my date rested, and all today’s progress went back!
Update: I found what the issue here is and it is why for some people this is not working!
The Fitbit works well with the “phone steps” but it doesn’t work at all connecting health connect which you use to connect a third-party fitness watch!
So, basically the problem lies down in here, the game doesn’t count the health connect steps even though they are displayed on the Google health(Fitbit), the game doesn’t sync those steps!
The only solution for now is to use your phone as a way to measure your steps instead of a fitness watch that is not from Google!
Unfortunately that’s sad, the game is called “fitness” for a reason! People who are really committed have fitness watches to track their activities and not their phones!
