Can´t exit the sleep session

The “Wake Up” button didn`t do anything to end my sleep session, now it is passed my wake up time, it changed to “Quit” but still does not work.

The phone was in flight mode during the night, but I reconnected as soon as I got up. Could that have caused the issue?

Now the app is frozen on the sleep constellation screen and I have no way to leave or use the other functions of the app. Restarting app or phone does not do anything.

Can you kindly help me please.

This happened with me too. However, as a quick fix, I deleted the app data from android settings > app settings, and restarted the app. It worked.

This happens when not connected to internet.

Thanks for your answer, however I have an iPhone and as far as I know, there is no option to delete the cache. I would like to avoid to delete the app and loose my progress, as I probably would not start from scratch :wink:

The sleep session really drained my batteries phone, therefore I tried if flight mode might help. Is that the same for you?

Thank you for the update. I’ve looked into your data and it seems to be fine (just way over the wakeup time which should give you the ‘sleep fail’ screen). Can you please share a screenshot/video capture and send it to mars.zhu@shikudo.com so we can check how you stuck at the sleep screen?

Did you exit the app (remove from background) then re-open the app? It should clear the sleep session.

Of course, I have done that dozens of times. The app restarts, I briefly (less than a second) see my garden and than the sleep screen blocks everything!

Flight mode might have disrupted the app’s syncing or session-end logic. If restarting the app and phone doesn’t help, try clearing the app cache or reinstalling. Also, check if the app has offline mode bugs reported by other users.

@Brettlee1 Thanks for trying to help. Do you know if I loose my progress if I reinstall the app?
