Lost All My Super Plants And Progress

So…

My game had froze at 91% and I had to reinstall it. The problem is I nearly had all the grassland super plants, almost done with the tropics world and had the special event skin. I logged back in and all that was gone. If possible, please PLEASE help me get that back? I even still have the same game ID…
