Has the Fitbit authentication been successful. If so, there are 2 things you can do:
- Please make sure the steps are loaded into your Fitbit app/web dashboard before syncing with Wokamon
- You can always try to revoke your Fitbit authentication with the Wokamon app by going to accounts -> managing 3rd party apps
