What happens when you resettle?

Besides losing all materials what happens when you resettle?
Do you lose your money (development points)? Your housing cards? Your trading coins?

And why can you resettle BEFORE the “Wonder building” is done?

And why can you NOT kick out lazy asses from your town who do nothing? Or WHY can you not upgrade their buildings of delete their buildings?

Thank you for reaching out. During resettle, you basically restart a level so you can finish all the level goals again and earn wonder/trade rewards. You receive Civ points as well to unlock additional features.
