Update: it works!
I have an iPhone 6 and have turned on everything needed through notifications and privacy settings. I have also connected my phone and turned on the tracking through the game. Nothing is working. I am new to the game, so I haven’t been able to convert any steps yet, so this is not an issue where it did work and now doesn’t. I have noticed through other comments and this seems common, so perhaps you all are working on a solution? Anyway, I would like to convert the steps that recorded on my phone which is over 5K.
