Two minor bugs in android

I’m using the android version and hipea is missing one of its feet

Also, it appears as though if an accessory is upgraded with topazes, but the user has one less than needed to purchase the upgrade the user’s topazes with go negative. I.e.
upgrade costs 101 topazes
user has 100 topazes
User can purchase upgrade but topazes go to -1.

Someone used <= when they should have used <.
