Troubleshooting - Track steps using iPhone

’ Fitness RPG’ needs ‘Motion Activity’ access to track steps properly.

Checklist:

[1/2] Make sure ‘Motion Activity’ access is granted
If you are not sure whether you have given the access or having trouble getting any steps, you can always manually check/authorize the access to the iOS device settings.

  1. Remove the game from background
  2. Go to device settings > Privacy > Motion and Fitness
  3. Find ‘Fitness Fantasy’ and make sure the access button is on green.
  4. Go back to the game and this time the steps should be tracked properly.

[2/2] Make sure Health is reading your step counts
Open your Health app and see if the app records step. 'Fitness RPG’s step count should match this step count.

Hey, it’s kinda weird, but my iPhone’s Health app isn’t tracking my steps lately. I’ve tried restarting my phone and even making sure my location services are turned on for the Health app, but it’s still not working. I wonder if it’s a glitch or if something’s wrong with my phone’s sensors. Have you ever had any trouble with your step tracking? Maybe you have consider about more assistance below.
