I’m unsure what to do. I tried to redeem topaz for xp. It took the requested topaz but did not give me the xp that it said when buying with the topaz. 
Any idea how to fix this? I tried restarting my phone but no change. Although the the topaz shows amount after purchase not before purchase balance.
