Tokens are bugged - not keeping track correctly

I’m trying to unlock the rabbit and the penguin so I’ve been sending the deer and the black bird but now the tokens I’ve gathered so far don’t even appear or there are less than the ones I actually got. Same case for both animals. I checked the travel log and I should have about 14 shrimps and 30 carrots but it says I have 0 carrots and 6 shrimps I’ll add some screenshots (it only let me add one since I’m a new on the forum) but here you can see that I have already gotten some carrots.

Thank you for reaching out. We’ll investigate. Can you please confirm that the visitor (rabbit) is not leveled which consumes these carrots?

a month later the problem is still there, the penguin isn’t at zero but it isn’t counting the shrimps correctly either

I think the problem started when I started receiving tokens from friends but I’m not sure

It’s not bugged, I’m just dumb, I was giving away tokens to friends without realizing they were my own sorry for the trouble
