You have to give a reward for finish each mode and the most for finish all 3 modes with full 3 stars each.if you have no imagination for this or you are too stingy to give a reward 
at least put a text: good job hero, you saved us, cleaning territories. :)

Ive just finished all modes (but not all stars yet). ditto…expected a fanfare and 21 gun salute at the very least
