Track sleep time
You don’t need to do anything: just start a sleep session and feel free to lock your phone. For best results, we recommend tracking your sleep quality to better understand your sleep.
Track sleep quality
[1/4] Keep your device plugged in while you sleep to enable sleep quality tracking.
Tracking sleep quality is optional and do not give extra rewards

[2/4] Place your device on your mattress.
Sleep quality tracking won’t work if your device is on a hard surface. Don’t place your device under pillows or blankets, it may overheat!

[3/4] Don’t turn off the screen, just flip your device and it will dim automatically.
Turning off the screen or minimizing the app stops quality tracking (duration still recorded).

[4/4] You can check your sleep quality in Fit Tower → History
