Restore account Wrongly Synced

I was locked out of my account after changing my phone.

I thought the account was synced to a Striving account, but when I logged in, it just connected to the new account.

I don’t have my ID, but I know the username and the group the account is in.

Is it possible to get it restored? Thank you.
