My game has been stopping loading at 92% for the past few days. I’m scared to uninstall and reinstall because the last time I did that I lost all my progress and couldn’t connect to Facebook until someone from the staff helped me. But the same day I finally got my data back, it stopped loading a few hours later /: Please help me
Hi @Hollyrose512, sorry to hear that you are having issues with Pocket Plants. I’m afraid you are affected by the new 2.1.10 issue and the only solution is to reinstall the game. You should be able to get your data back but please keep your current game id so we can transfer if anything goes wrong.
