Just leaving this here lest we forget. 
Hopefully we can start testing this before the v1.0 launch. Through Google Fit, the game can have an indirect support for wearables. For example: Wearable syncs to Health Mate which syncs to Google Fit which then Fit Tycoon syncs from.
We are currently working on this functionality. It will happen before the official launch. Please stay tuned 
It’s up in the Beta now. Will test tomorrow and give feedback.
It’s working. So far getting the the steps from Google Fit was smooth. Same count, nothing missing.
