I got the random plant essence epic through the ad rewards , and when I’m trying to get a new plant it doesn’t show up in the inventory of the essences
This exact same happened to me, I have gained 4 Epic essence II and they never show available to use!! This is so upseting. Can we please get a solution from the developer team?

Thank you for reaching out. These are not epic essences but random essences. You should receive another window when obtaining them to show which essence you actually receive.
