Purchased month and game progress disappeared

I purchased the month thing last night after starting an account. I connected it to Google Play before going to bed. When I logged on to play today my progress was gone and my purchase was also gone although the charge still shows on my bank account. I was hoping I could at least get my purchase restored.

Sorry for the delayed reply and the troubles you are experiencing. Can I please grab your game ID (located in the game settings page)?

Also, are you able to send us the game log (game setting > About us > Credits, and tap ‘Send Log’)? We are getting similar feedbacks on the issue, it would be great if we can get your help on this and resolve the issue permanently.
