I am using the most updated iOS on an iPhone X. I am having problems with the ads. After the ad plays, I cannot close the ad. The X is under the clock. I have to close the entire app. This causes me to lose any extra items I may have earned watching the ad AND the steps or gems I would have gotten anyway. This has happened multiple times. I am attaching a screen shot of the most recent time.
