I’ve noticed that the steps I take are not recorded unless I am physically holding my iPhone when I take them. Steps otherwise recorded by my Apple Watch (and thus shown in my health record) don’t make it into the app. I have granted permission for the app to access my health data.
In the rpgfitness settings where your player picture is did you set it to use your phone or the apple health app?
