It looks like you checked in to the Lost Soles guild on the Power Tablet server and then exited the guild. You have not joined another guild yet so it makes me wonder if it was an accident. (Unfortunately, if you double click the check in, the 2nd click can hit the exit guild button.)
You were not kicked out. If you wish to rejoin just reply and we’ll get you back in. In any event, we are sorry to see you go. You’ve been a good contributor.
