Lost my purchases after app update

Hi all, Iike the title says, I lost my purchase and can’t figure out how to restore them. I updated the app after purchasing the pet and now when I logged back in the pet is back down to 1 star instead of 4. And the system seems to know I bought it since the option to purchase the pet is gone. How do I fix this? Thank you

And it brought me back down to level 29 when I was already past level 33!

Are you sure your pet didnt just fail rebirth? When it fails, it goes back to level one. A frustrating thing but they only have a chance of evolving. Idk about the your level going down though, thats weird
