Hi,
I have tried to buy pet fragments to grow my ‘Twinkie’, it says I have bought 6/5 available except my pet is only at 3 stars.
It also won’t let me buy no more.
Is this normal? I don’t think I got all I paid for.

The 6/5 is a bug, but you probably got the 5 purchases you were allowed. I’ve got a 2/1 thing going on with another purchase. I’m sure the developers can verify it for you and/or compensate you if you didn’t get what you paid for.
Unfortunately, when upgrading a 3-star Twinkie to a 4-star Twinkie, there is a chance of failure (as with all pets). That’s by design. It isn’t a bug. I was sweating bullets when I upgraded mine. If that failure happened to you, I can certainly empathize with your frustration. If I were the developers, I’d probably allow you to keep purchasing until you had a successful re-birth to 4-stars, because it is so painful to pay for failure.
I think I read here somewhere that additional Twinkie parts can be found elsewhere, perhaps in the arena shop. So, over the long-term, you may still be able to upgrade it.
