If you compare the plants from the books to the respective super plants, you can see that there are plants missing. For instance, in the Sea book, you are missing some super plant pieces for Sealoth and Kelplots. You’re not the only one missing these pieces, it seems many users (all?) are. Either they are beyond epic in their rarity, it’s a bug in the app or they were missed in the initial programming.
Thank you for your feedback. This is by our game design that some super plant pieces are rare items and need to be required from opening lucky bags and chests in the plant store. You can get free rubies from burnt wood orders, some activated super plants, watching ads, resident quests, and completing your social orders.

They are definitely there !! Take some finding though …once I have most in a world, I’ve found using rubies to buy a treasure chest has helped find the more elusive ones
