When I start a new focus session I turn off my screen and set my phone down. Once, I came back to see if it was over yet and it said it failed less than 30 seconds in. The 2nd time I started the session, turned off my screen, and set my phone down next to me. 20 minutes later I heard the chime saying that it was done. There was a notification saying it was done. However, when I went into the app it said it failed less than 30 seconds into the 20 minutes session.

Thank you for reaching out. Can you please check if you’ve done everything in Settings → Improve Focus? If you are still having issues, please send a log after a failed session via Settings → Extra → Send log. Please also let us know your game id after the log is sent.
