I have had Focus Plant for a well, have a Forest Passport and made loads of progress.
The phone that I originally installed Focus Plant on has stopped working, and I’ve downloaded it on another phone. But now I have lost all my progress, I already have a Forest Passport but now I cant gain the premium features that I have paid for?
Hi, thank you for reaching out. Have you connected to one of the 3rd party accounts? If so, you can connect to the same account to retrieve your progress. Once you get your progress back, the premium features will be activated automatically.
If you did not connect to any 3rd party account, can you please let me know your game id so we can have a look? Thanks!
