Fairly new to game but im getting the hang of it. Save a bunch of blue crystals and spent them at the Stele. I went through 4 rounds in both the Basic and Premium mode and my rewards were not in the bag when i tried to claim them. How do i either get my rewards or get the crystals back.
What were the rewards? Pets and other items don’t go into the bag, they are placed directly into the appropriate locations. Only equipment and glyphs go into the bag.

Honestly, I cant remember. I just know that my bag was totally empty. I will make it a point to pay closer attention and try to replicate the issue.
