Ive recently switched to Fitbit and no matter what i do my steps never count correctly. For instance today i have done 9226 steps so far and fit fantasy only shows just over 5000. I have the most up-to-date version and i have made sure Fitbit is updated before opening the app… what do i do?
Okay now it has completely stopped counting any steps. What the heck?
Hi @Krisi, can you please try the following?
- deauthorize Fitbit in your Fitbit’s account page, then re-connect with Fitbit (click the Fitbit button in the player -> connect tab)
- if this doesn’t work, can you please check if other Fitbit-compatiable app syncs with your Fitbit?
