When I get an offer to double my offline crystal amount, or a ‘watch video to gain’ box, for either crystals or topaz, if I select yes they either vanish and I don’t receive the offer, or they freeze, box open with no contents, even though I can continue to play the game. It’s been happening for a few days, I’ve missed out on tons of rewards and it’s a bit frustrating.
