Facebook connect data loss

Hello, i had to reset my phone and when i tried to connect via Facebook and reload, it didn’t bring up my account.

Currently showing id: z8gg34
Correct account:

I sent a Facebook message yesterday regarding this. Can someone please advise?

Data is transferred, but the guild info will not be carried over.

Transferred where? I uninstalled, and tried to login again via Facebook but it still pulled up the new account.
