When you say did not get the reward, are you referring to the level up reward for the player level? Sometimes the rewards are added to the Amethyst/Ruby/Energy bar at the same time when the reward animation is playing, and it could be a little hard to tell whether you have received the reward.
Please let me know if you are referring to something else.

Yes, the level up energy reward. Next time I’ll write down my energy count before and try refreshing the game to see the updated energy count. Thank you for your help!
