Delete shikudo account

Hi,

I’d like to delete my shikudo AND focus plant accounts, but I couldn’t do so online. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Hi, @qualitativus thank you for reaching out.

  1. You can delete Focus Plant’s data via settings.
  2. If you are using iOS, please download ‘Striving’ and you can log in with Shikudo account credentials then delete your account.
  3. Android needs to wait till the end of the month.
