Cycle of restart with new progress

The app has been giving me issues for two days now. I never had a problem before. When I load the screen, I right away get this first screen, which then moves to the second screen.

The second screen returns to the loading screen and then the process of these pop ups happen again. I’ve tried reinstalling, messing with my settings and different internet connections. I just spent money on this and I want it fixed :frowning:

Hi @Chrissy_Gerlach, I’ve just patched the server, can you please login and see if it has fixed the issue for you? Also do you still remember what you were doing before you were blocked?

I’ve also sent you some crystals for the trouble you’ve gone through.
