I cannot evolve and I think it display wrong number >_<.
It’s showing the same thing for me. The totals at the top of the screen are probably right but the totals in the evolve section mistakenly show one extra.
Should be a rounding issue (the currency bar shows 419 which explains the yellow bar on the screen). Please give it a try after you obtain another green gem.
