Connected and synced fitbit not updating in app

I keep getting stuck on the walk 10 more steps pop up when trying to play the game for the first time. It says my fitbit is connected and I’ve synced it multiple times before going into the app and it still won’t update. Any thoughts?

Hi @Beat, apologizes for the delay we just came back from the holiday. Did you sync with Fitbit first before syncing with Fitness Fantasy?
