Can't open the app

Yes, I had already tried that. However, after your message, I followed these steps:

1- Uninstall the app
2- Reboot my phone
3- Download the latest version from the App Store
4- Reboot my phone again
5- Open the app

After this, I still have the same error.

We’ve just released a new version (v4.1.5) which optimized a few issues, can you please give it another try?

Unfortunately, after installing the latest version the error still persists. As I mentioned in the App Store review, I am using an iPhone 13 with iOS 17.7.1.
