Can't exit sleep session

I can’t exit the sleep session. (Probably because i put it in airplane mode)
I tried:

  • waiting a few days
  • restarting the app
  • restarting my phone
  • clicking on every button available in sleep session
  • deleting the focus plant cache

I don’t want to delete the app since i have made so much progress

Does anyone have a idea what i could try next?
