Can't collect daily tournament reward

Today I had connection problema while trying to collect daily reward. I got message about “No internet connection…”. After restablishing connection and again trying to get reward I got message, that I already collected the reward.
Message shows me as unread. See pic. below.

Still have same message in my inbox. Cant collect it and cant delete it.

Hi @Elina_Baranovska, I’ve sent the missing resources to your mail. I’m afraid the unread mail will stay there until it got removed after 14 days.
