Can't buy lottery tickets

I’m getting an error when I try to buy lottery tickets. It worked fine 2 days ago.

I still haven’t been able to buy lottery tickets for over a week now. I’m not sure that anyone in our guild can - I’ve been watching the prize totals and they don’t appear to have changed for the last few days.
