The legendary Wolfsoul lvl 3 skill on archer is only casting once during dark rush. It should cast every time after using a skill as it did at level one of the skill per description. I understand it triggers the attack part randomly. When cast the skill also gives passive bonuses.
I observed the behavior of Wolfsoul closer. It stops casting after a few levels. Essentially it’s useless at higher levels of dark risk.
