App keep freezing since new iOS update 11.4. Please fix.

Mine too, cant play the game. Android

For Android app freeze, I had encountered for twice. And it can be recovered.
My symptom is thar I can play the game for several seconds(around 30 secs).
Then app freeze. I could switch to other app. But fitness RPG is freeze.

The method I used to recover it.
The hardest part is to keep the proper save

  1. Be sure to press “Save Game” from the setting menu. (Within the several seconds after game launched. Before freeze. The time is short but enough)

  2. Uninstall the game
  3. Reinstall the game.
  4. When game prompt “save conflict”, be sure to choose “Cloud Save”
