I purchased the 1 year subscription on Mar 29, but it disappeared. Please check. I already uploaded the log. There’s no place to reach out to the customer service team in the game.
The Subscription isn’t bounded with Focus Plant Account It, instead it’s bounded with the Gmail account itself, which you used to purchase the subscription. So if you’re logged out that particular gmail account, you won’t get benefit of subscription at all, you need to log in that account.
Though I’m using Focus Plant in india, so I’m using Google Mail “Gmail" Play Store, not sure what is used in China.
