I’ve just noticed that I have 0 steps counted 2 weeks ago (25 October) and all days before.
I wanted to open my old chest…
It’s a bus or data are deleted after 2
weeks ?

Fit tower chests can only kept for 7 days, however, the step count should be saved there as a record. Can you please let me know your game id so I can double check?
