When I try to connect to Facebook it says it can’t because I can’t transfer data between devices. How can I fix this?

Thank you I would love to reset so I can connect to Facebook however the link you provided leads to a broken page.
This link sends me to shikudo homepage on Facebook. If there is a way to reset my Wokamon account from there, I haven’t been able to find it .
