I had a plant waiting to unlock and a mostly full screen of plants. When I opened the game again it was all gone. This has been happening for a couple weeks. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but the problem continues.

Can I please grab your game ID to further investigate? Have you tried manually save the game in game settings?

I don’t see a place to save manually, but it says under “Save game” Last save was just today, so it is regularly saving. My user id is YP_kE49tB
