New Phone - Can’t Recover

Good evening,

I got a new phone and was looking to recover my old account information. My new k2k9em. My old account name was Drizzt. It was linked with my Facebook account.

Any help you can assist would be great.

Hi @Samuel_Williams, thank you for reaching out. It looks like your account was in the Pump Garden server, can you please:

  1. Switch back to Pump Garden server in the settings -> select server
  2. Once you’ve passed the tutorial, go to settings -> connect Facebook
  3. Choose the cloud data in the data conflict popup.
