Hero in use, how do I get it back

New user here. I seemed to have lost the use of one of my heroes. When I click on the team button before going into battle, I only have 2 of my 3 heroes available. The other one is “in use” and has “joined another team”. How do I get my mage back and battle with a full team?

Thank you for reaching out. We’ve patched this issue urgently and the update is now live on Google Play (ios still need to wait till the store approves the update). Please check your app store and update the app. Please let me know if there’s any problem.
