When a group hits level 30, it is at max level. Is it possible to keep moving up the rankings at that point? Or is the first group to hit 30 always going to be rank 1?
Yes. If the first group hit maximum level, it always rank 1.
You can keep moving up the rankings. The group pts are hidden but are still accumulated to rank the groups.
