Confused about magic attack skill

The skill for magic attack says +384 but what does that mean? My magic attack is 103.10 when I go to the heroes info so where does the 384 go to?

Hi,

The 103.10k magic attack includes the bonus from passive skill.

So my magic attack is 103,100 and only 384 of that is from the skill that cost a bunch of stones?

Yeh, Magical ATK 1 is the lowest quality of Magical ATK though
