Wokamon won't really sync with my Fitbit Blaze

Okay, so in my Wokamon app, it says my Fitbit is synced but it won’t sync up my new steps. I want to say it isn’t syncing because I need to sync it to my notifications on my Fitbit but I think I’m wrong on that. I’ve synced my latest steps and nothing is happening. It says I’m 1 step away from leveling. I have also lost my step activity when I first downloaded the app this morning.
